The Gibraltar Port Authority (GPA) has announced that the new Mid Harbour Marina outer wharf is ready for visiting super yachts. The new mooring space comprises over 500 metres of berthing space, at a charted depth of at least 6m, and deeper in most parts.

This additional jetty space, in the relatively sheltered waters inside the harbour, comes at a time when the number of fuelling points in the port is also increasing.

Commodore Bob Sanguinetti, CEO of the GPA and captain of the Port, comments: “We are thrilled to be able to offer berths for medium to long term visits to yachts wishing to take advantage of the wide range of services and facilities available in Gibraltar or for their crews to simply enjoy the attractions on offer on the Rock.”
