The Italian Sea Group has announced the sale of a 40m Raised Pilot House superacht of the Impero series. FYI Superyachts, the official dealer of the brand in Latin America, introduced the buyer.

Designed by Luca Dini and built to RINA Charter & MCA Commercial standards, this Impero 40 RPH, a semi- displacement motoryacht, will be delivered in 2016.

Built to US standard entirely in aluminium and equipped with 2-Caterpillar engines of 1,925 hp/each, the Impero 40 RPH has a maximum speed of 20ks and a cruising speed of 18ks.

The project features a beam of 8m (26ft) and shallow draft of 2.2m (7ft) at full load displacement for easy cruising through the Caribbean. The layout includes five staterooms including an on-deck master, one vast full beam VIPs, three additional guest cabins, seven crew berths and entertaining space on the sundeck.

Commenting on the contract, Francesco Carbone, group vice chairman & sales director, says: “This is the third Impero RPH sold in less than three years after Nono was delivered to her owners in 2014. We are delighted with the professional manner and dedication of the team at FYI Superyachts and look forward to a successful and fruitful cooperation with them.”

Nono, winner of the World Superyachts Award as best two deck yacht below 38m will be on display at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show 2015.
