The supeyacht builder has signed the contract with Dbeere Yachts representing the buyer. Built to RINA class, her delivery is scheduled for the summer 2017.

Admiral, a brand of The Italian Sea Group, has received an order for a new 40m raised pilot house from its Impero series. The supeyacht builder has signed the contract with Dbeere Yachts representing the buyer.

Admiral reveals the new build is for northern European owners. Built to RINA class, her delivery is scheduled for the summer 2017.

This is the fourth hull sold of the Impero series. The new build follows on from Nono — the 37m motoryacht delivered in 2014 — and the 38m Tremenda, which has been recently delivered to her owners. The superyacht builder also says this new project inherits the naval platform seen on motoryacht Cacos V.

This 40m Impero motoryacht features full aluminium construction and semi displacement hull. Accommodation comprises five staterooms including an on-deck master and two full beam VIP suites. The yacht will be capable of a maximum speed in excess of 19 knots, the shipyard claims.

Commenting on the project, group’s CEO Giuseppe Taranto says: “We are happy for the sale of this new yacht which further strengthens the leadership of our shipyard within this size range for the production of semi-displacement aluminium yachts.

“Furthermore it has been a pleasure to work with the owner and his highly experienced team and we thank the team at Dbeere Yachts for their dedication and professional approach,” he concludes.

As with all the yachts from the Impero series, the exterior lines have been drawn by Florence-based architect Luca Dini, while the interiors have been pencilled by the in house team guided by art director Gian Marco Campanino in cooperation with the owner.

Commenting on the sale, Debbie Beere, president of Dbeere Yachts, says: “My sincere thanks to the team at Italian Sea Group for their enthusiasm, professional approach and exceptional attitude, their diligence and attention to detail has been exceptional and we look forward to continuing the exceptional experience as we move through the build until delivery next summer.”

Note: The new build round-up in the September issue of Superyacht Business focuses on Italian shipyards.
