Italian boatbuilder Arcadia Yachts has announced that Alessandro Diomedi is now in charge of the company’s operations for the Americas.
Diomedi served as Ferretti Group manager for approximately 10 years – first for the Asian and later the American markets. His new appointment coincides with the presentation of the Arcadia 85 at the 2015 Miami Yacht & Brokerage Show, which begins on Thursday, and the recent signing for a new Arcadia 85 destined for the South American market.
Arcadia builds fibreglass yachts from 85ft-115ft at a 36,000sq m facility in Naples, Italy. The company says it’s planning to increase the size of models on offer, stretching from 145ft up to 180ft in steel/aluminium.
