Benetti, part of the Azimut Benetti Group, has added new agents to its network in North and Central America. It has appointed IBI (not to be confused with our sister title of the same name) – for Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and Haiti – and Evermarine for Panama.

Managing the network is Benetti country manager Americas, Fabrizio Scerch, along with brand manager  Benetti Americas, Tommaso Bilotta. Together they will oversee marketing, customer satisfaction and dealership networking.

In addition to this news, and along with Fraser Yachts, Benetti has announced the sale of the Vision 45m Hull No 19 (BV019), a displacement vessel part of Class range, for delivery in June 2014. The sale of this Benetti Vision model was completed at Miami Boat Show. The yacht has an interior designed by Zuretti Interiors Design.

During the Miami Boat Show, Benetti sales director Alberto Perrone Da Zara commented, “The United States, and the Americas in general, are key markets for Benetti. Our goal is to further consolidate relationships with the network of regional brokers and, what’s more important, with existing and potential customers, being side by side, from its design and construction to final delivery. This all, without forgetting about the after-sales cycle, which has always been a part of Benetti’s philosophy.”
