Bootwerk_new_facilities_01-webYacht interior manufacturer Bootwerk has moved to new facilities in De Zwaan, located directly on the water in the town of Woudsend, The Netherlands.

The decision to relocate responds to the need of a larger production space. Recently the company has been commissioned for increasingly large yacht interiors, and the capacity of the building where it had been established since its inception in 1985 became stretched.

“These new facilities and extensive equipment mean that Bootwerk is well placed to continue its technical development and innovative approach,” comments Frank Bos, managing director of Bootwerk. “The well-filled order book and strong brand name also provide a superb foundation for further expansion in the market.”

The new company facility spans a total area of some 2,200 m². The workshop is equipped with modern machinery and designed for maximum efficiency. The new building makes optimal use of the available  natural light and space to ensure a pleasant working environment. In addition to a well-equipped workshop, the building features an office on the first floor.
