Motion control specialist DMS Holland will deliver an AntiRoll stabiliser to a 56m explorer yacht in build.

Motion control specialist DMS Holland has announced that it will deliver an AntiRoll stabiliser to a 56m explorer yacht in build.

The contract follows on from the green light given for the construction of a project designed by Hoek Design Naval Architects.

The name of the shipyard in charge to build the yacht has not been disclosed, however SB understands that the new build is one of the projects currently under construction at Turquoise Yachts.

“DMS Holland is proud of the trust placed in AntiRoll and looks forward to working together with Hoek Design,” the Dutch equipment manufacturer says in a statement.

New build

The new 56m explorer yacht is based on a design by Hoek Design Naval Architects. The project will be managed by Master Yachts Consultancy.

DMS Holland’s AntiRoll is said to provide uncompromised performance at both zero speed and whilst cruising, all from just one single system thanks to its dual axis, high-aspect ratio fins.
