Dominion Marine Media (DMM), the division of Dominion Enterprises that operates the YachtWorld, Boat Trader, boats.com and Cosas De Barcos web portals, has announced its new online boat sales platform, powered by YachtWorld and hosted exclusively on Time Inc. UK’s SuperYacht World website.
The SuperYacht World digital marketplace features an integrated feed showing a range of 28m-plus superyachts from DMM’s YachtWorld portal. It is the first time SuperYacht World has featured boats for sale listings on its website, allowing its readers to browse hundreds of the world’s finest superyachts online.
For YachtWorld customers who are listing their boats with this product, it also gives a strong return on investment, with enhanced exposure to a valuable and hard to reach audience, not just in the UK but across SuperYacht World’s global readership.
This is the first element of a new strategic partnership between DMM and Time Inc. UK (formerly IPC Media), the UK’s leading publisher of print and digital magazines. Further initiatives are planned, creating a wide range of benefits for both Time Inc. UK’s marine title readers and users of DMM’s industry leading sales portals.
DMM already boasts a strong global presence, with more than 5,000 boat sales companies as customers and market-leading online boat sales portals in 13 languages. Its portfolio includes a range of national and international online brands catering to specific audiences, with YachtWorld’s dedicated superyacht solution now making DMM the complete boat buying and selling solution for every aspect of the boatbuilding arena. This latest partnership is another significant step in developing DMM’s position as more than just a sales portal.
