The design was commissioned with both private and business use throughout East Asia in mind. The owner had a specific request for long range capabilities for this model, hence the yacht features three MTU 2600hp engines to provide 34 knots with a cruising speed of 30 knots.
The Naval Architects at Dyna designed the hull to reach these speeds whilst still offering a stable ride for the comfort of the passengers, guests and crew. Emphasis was also placed on the manoeuvrability of the vessel at speed, with the hull responding well when navigating at high speed.
The exterior of the D105 is styled in harmony with the designs offered across the Dyna range with modern and stylish lines. Multiple customisation options are available for the owners to select their own layout, styling and finishes for the accommodation, saloon, flybridge and or sky lounge. Minor design changes can be made to the hull to also offer optimal performance for fuel-efficient long range cruising at 9-13 knots.
“The release of the D105 is a great day for our brand as it showcases our ability to create semi-custom super and mega yachts, specifically meeting our client’s needs,” says Dyna Craft managing director Terry Yen in a statement.
Dyna 105 is part of the Dyna range of superyachts comprising also the D85 and D95 models.
Dyna Yachts is headquartered in Tainan City and produces yachts ranging from 15m-32 (51ft-105ft).
