IPC Media, the UK publisher of Superyacht Business, IBI and six other leading consumer marine titles, has changed its name to Time Inc. (UK) Ltd as part of a rebranding exercise by its US owner. The changes come just three months after Time Inc was spun-off from Time Warner.

“Our prime focus is growing our core assets in the US and UK,” says Time Inc chairman and CEO Joe Ripp. “We already hold leadership positions in both regions and this move will help us better leverage our global portfolio with key audiences and foster greater collaboration throughout the organization. We have an enormous depth of expertise across Time Inc. and we are committed to bringing it to bear as a unified company with a single corporate brand.”

Time Inc. UK CEO Marcus Rich adds: “We are proud of what we have achieved at IPC over many years and we are excited to extend that success as a more integrated part of Time Inc. We firmly believe our business partners will benefit from the strategic clarity that comes from one company brand and we are looking forward to exploring new opportunities as Time Inc. UK.”
