Superyacht brokerage dahm international has teamed up with Palmawatch, a Mallorca-based yacht service and refit/repair specialist, to provide a ‘total service’ concept to clients in Palma.
Both companies are based in busy port areas. Palmawatch, for instance, is located adjacent to the STP repair and refit yard, which has facilities for lifting yachts up to 700 tonnes and offers a number of keel pits that will accommodate deep drafted sailing yachts up to 60m in length.
dahm international is headquartered in the Club de Mar. Managing director Christian Hausser says: “As a superyacht specialist, dahm international is renowned as the first contact point for owners looking to purchase hand-picked pre-owned yachts, worldwide luxury charter service and premium new builds.

Palmawatch has been active within the STP facility since its inception in 2002. Since then, the company has serviced over 500 yachts, completed thousands of work orders, and averaged two to three refits per year, specialising in vessels from 25m-45m.

This latest news from Palmawatch follows on from some significant developments within the company, including the addition of a business partner who came onboard as a shareholder in 2011.
More recently the project management and supervisory expertise of the business has been improved still further, with the appointment of Sylvain Brault as operations director, and a permanent collaboration with refit manager Hamish Burgess-Simpson.
