Terry van Velzen is to leave his position as managing director of Van Berge Henegouwen (VBH) in the Netherlands after just five months on the job. The decision, says VBH, was mutual.

Imtech MD André Meijer will take on the role of interim managing director at VBH until a replacement is found.

“We thank Terry for the expertise and work he has put forward in the short time he was with us,” says the company in a statement.

VBH has also announced that operations director Ronald Boelsma is leaving his position to pursue new opportunities as of September 1.

“Ronald has run the Operations Department with great success over the past three years,” says VBH. “We would like to thank him for all his efforts, as he leaves behind him a great team and business.”

VBH is a Dutch systems integrator of A/V entertainment and IT-related services for superyachts. The company was acquired by engineering services firm Imtech Marine in 2008.
