Superyacht UK (SYUK), the group association within British Marine, invited 17 international delegates to its Tour of Excellence 2016. The event took place from 18-22 April and included visits to a number of companies from Cornwall to Sussex that provide products and services for the superyacht sector.

The group of delegates comprised naval architects, captains, technical managers and managing directors from Adam Marine, Bray Yacht Design, Donald L. Blount and Associates, Edmiston, Greenline Yacht Interiors, Hill Robinson, Marine Construction Services, Monaco Marine La Ciotat, Salt Superyacht Management, and Sparkman & Stephens, LLC.

Delegates had the opportunity to network on site with senior managers of companies in the refit, boatbuilding and equipment manufacturing (Go to last page to read full list of UK brands taking part of the event).

Richard Selby, international development manager at British Marine and SYUK comments: “This year marks the 10th Superyacht UK Tour of Excellence. The main objective of the tour is to engage the international superyacht community with the best that Britain’s industry has to offer and ultimately, generate future international collaboration for our UK companies.”
