Italian system integration specialist launches Videoworks Europe BV. The new Dutch operation is headquartered in Aalsmeer, in northern Holland.
Italy’s Videoworks, a system integration specialist, has announced the launch of Videoworks Europe BV, a new company registered at the Chamber of Commerce of Amsterdam, with legal residence and offices in Aalsmeer, in the north of Holland.
The company has chosen to based its new operation in Aalsmeer, a region renowned for its shipbuilding industry. The city is located a few miles away from Amsterdam and it is also the headquarters of Dutch shipyard Feadship.
Videoworks has appointed Mauro Frattesi to spearhead the Dutch office and its international team. Videoworks Europe BV will target the North European yachting market.
Work at the Dutch office has already began with a 70m order from a large Dutch shipyard. In addition, Videoworks Europe BV has collaborated in the development of the 12m Lexus sportboat built by Marquis in the US.
Videoworks has also confirmed that it plans to expand its operation into new markets.
Founded in 1998, Videoworks also operates offices in Ancona, Viareggio and Milan, London and Moscow.
