The Middle East’s largest boat distributor, ART Marine, has launched operations in the Sultanate of Oman.

Together with with the company’s Omani partners, Go Marine, ART’s new charter and sales operation is located in Marina Bandar Al Rowdha, where an Azimut 68S and Four Winns H 240 were brought in to mark the inauguration of the new office.

“The ART Marine Charter Division in Oman will be offering our guests exclusive luxurious itineraries and programs to chose from,” says ART president and CEO Constantinos Constantinou. “The Division is managed by our experienced and qualified charter team, which has already established collaboration agreements with numerous local partners.

“At the same time, the ART Marine Sales Division will be introducing our portfolio of the world’s leading yachting brands to our existing and future customers in the Sultanate,” he adds. “We are pleased to confirm the sale of an Azimut 70 Flybridge motoryacht to a valued local customer, which will be arriving to the Sultanate in early 2011. From 18ft recreational boats to 50 Meter luxury yachts and beyond, we are able to cater to all sea lovers.”

The office in the marina yacht club is fully operational and offers a variety of charter options, as well as expertise in boats and yacht sales and consulting. The Marina Management Division of ART Marine has already set foot in the Sultanate, and is now managing the Zighy Bay boutique Marina in the Musandam peninsula.
