The International Superyacht Society (ISS) presented its ‘Best Yacht’ Award to two Dubois designs, the 52m (170ft) sailing yacht Mondango and the 40m (131ft) motoryacht Allogante.
Dubois Naval Architects say they are especially proud to have won in the two categories of motoryacht and sailing yacht design. A spokesman for Dubois Yacht Design said “Our Philosophy at Dubois, as we have often stated, is that each yacht should be perfectly suited to its purpose.”
For both yachts Dubois Yacht Design is responsible for the naval architecture, seaworthiness, space planning and outboard styling. However, the interior design for Mondango was done by Reymond Langton, and Don Starkey has created the interior of Allogante.
