A new 100-berth marina has been commissioned at Jebel Siffah in Oman, southeast of Muscat. The new marina is part of an integrated tourism project being developed by Muriya Tourism Development.

Commenting on the marina, Philip Jones, senior director, Marinas at Muriya, told the Oman Tribune newspaper, “Apart from its existing capacity, there is space for a further 100 boats in the dry storage facility in the maintenance area with its own boathouse and 24/7 security.”

He added, “The marina not only offers berthing facilities, but also presents an opportunity to explore destinations that are located nearby or not too far away. The natural beaches along with the majestic mountain backdrop add to the overall allure of the place.”
