Nineteen British companies active within the superyacht sector have confirmed their presence at the Superyacht UK (SYUK) Pavilion at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show.
Exhibiting companies include BMT Nigel Gee; Bruntons Propellers; Cockwells Modern & Classic Boat Building; Energy Solutions (YK); Yachtsmann/Equiom Trust Company; E-Tech Group; Hoylake Sailing School; Lewmar; Ocean Medical International; Ocra (Isle of Man); Pelagos Yachts; Simcocks Yacht and Aircraft Management; Southampton Yacht Services; The Natural Mat Company; Trimline; Turnstyle Designs; Viking recruitment; Warsash Maritime Academy; and Wilson Yacht Management.
SYUK is a trade association for the superyacht sector that was launched in 2004 by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the British Marine Federation (BMF). The non-profit organisation boasts some 160 members operating in the design, build, supply chain and service provision of superyachts.
This year’s Monaco Yacht Show will take place from September 23-26, 2009 in Port Hercules, Monaco. Once again, visitors will be treated to a Red Arrows flypast on Thursday afternoon to celebrate Britain’s presence at the show.
