Admiral, a brand of The Italian Sea Group, has announced the sale of a 75m (246ft) superyacht (Project 575).
The shipyard has released very few details about the forthcoming project and a black and white rendering accompaning the announcement shows only the rough outline. We do know that the yacht will be a fully custom, full displacement motoryacht and will feature six spacious guests staterooms, a wide owner’s suite covering an entire deck, a large helicopter hangar and an elevator connecting five decks.
Francesco Carbone, group vice chairman and sales director, says “We are extremely proud to have sold this yacht that will definitely take Admiral to the next level. This 75 metre project is going to be the largest Admiral yacht ever built. Production is busy at our state-of-the-art shipyard in Carrara-Italy with seven yachts currently in build, four of which exceed 50 metres in length”.
Lloyd’s registered, project 575 will be delivered to her owner in 2018.
