Newcomer Turkish boatbuilder debuted the Mazu 38, a 12m superyacht tender, at the Monaco Yacht Show 2016.

Mazu Yachts, a Turkish yacht designer and boatbuilder, has announced the sale of three superyacht tenders. The company says these contracts have come to fruition after three months from the official debut at Monaco Yacht Show 2016.

These contracts include two Mazu 38 units with an open plan layout with dining space “al-fresco” in the aft deck, an en-suite bathroom with separate full standing shower.

Featuring metallic grey exteriors, unit #1 is scheduled for delivery in Monaco this year. The owner of the second unit sold will take delivery of the yacht in Mallorca later on this year.

Both units are displacing nine tonnes. Unit #1 comes with Volvo IPS 400. Her cruising speed is 30 knots and the top speed is 36 knots. Unit #2 is equipped with Volvo IPS 600. Faster than her “little sister” this yacht runs at 34 knots as cruising speed and 45 knots full power.

This model also comes with 80lt/hr water maker, 5KW generator with 20.000 BTU air-conditioning system.

Mazu Yachts has been designing, producing and marketing luxury hard-top and open motoryachts since 2011.

Located in Yalova, in north-western Turkey, near the eastern coast of the Sea of Marmara, the shipyard 4.000sq m of indoor and 1.200sq m of outdoor area.

The production site features design offices overlooking the production facility. The shipyard also operates an on-site furniture shop which provides a “dust-free” environment to build custom furniture for boats. A new painting booth of 200sq m is now also in operation.
