Palumbo Group has announced the sale of ISA Sport 120. The contract will see the construction of hull #11 of the series and the first yacht branded ISA to be sold after the recent acquisition of the yard by Italy’s Palumbo Group.
The yard says construction will soon begin. “We are excited and very proud to announce the sale of this first ISA-Palumbo vessel,” says Palumbo CEO Giuseppe Palumbo. “ISA Sport 120 is not a ‘new project’ but still “extremely up-to-date,” he adds.
Commenting on the future of the ISA brand, Palumbo says: “The positive and interested appeal of ISA Yachts did not take long to re-emerge after the project was re-launched by Palumbo Group. The answer surely lies in the excellence of the construction methods and in the incomparable Italian style of ISA brand, which we are committed to leave unchanged, maintaining all its winning features.”
Made of composite materials, the ISA Sport 120 combines a sporty elegance with the liveability of an open yacht that does not sacrifice the richness of the interiors of a cruise yacht with a one and a half deck.
The ISA Sport 120 is a 36m motoryacht featring a planning hull. She boasts a 7.4m beam and is 235gt. The yacht has been designed to accommodate 10 guests in five cabins. She is propelled by 3 x CAT C32 ACERT for a maximum speed of 28ks.
