The launch and delivery of the Benetti FB269, a 69m motoryacht, are planned for early summer 2018.

Italian shipyard Benetti has announced that project FB269 motoryacht Spectre has been successfully moved to Benetti’s Livorno shipyard. This is a 69m custom yacht with a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure.

Project FB269 has been designed and built for John Staluppi for whom this is his third Benetti.

Motoryacht Spectre brings together all Benetti’s design and construction techniques. Among all the other innovative features, it will be the first yacht fitted with Ride Control technology, which delivers an unprecedented increase in navigation stability for a vessel of this type.

Featuring Mulder Design’s Hi Speed Cruising Hull, motoryacht Spectre is said to boast maximum navigation and efficiency. The yacht will be capable of reaching a range of 6,500 miles at 12 knots, as well as a top speed of about 21 knots, which is 30% more than a traditional displacement hull, the builder says.

The yacht features five decks and the layout is designed to offer big open air spaces and comfort for 12 guests. Accommodation is provided by two owner’s cabins, one with access to a private terrace. This area features an hydromassage tub and a sun lounging area. Two VIP cabins are found on the main deck, and two more guest cabins on the lower deck.

The launch and delivery of the Benetti FB269 motoryacht Spectre are planned for early summer 2018.
